Strategies for Managing Student Collaborations
2 May @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
How to manage group dynamic?
How to manage free-rider?
How to use peer evaluation to enhance student’s participation?
Collaboration skills have become essential for developing future-ready graduates to meet the increasingly team-oriented demands and complexity of the workplace. However, teachers often struggle with effectively implementing group work in learning and assessments. Common challenges include handling free rider issues, managing peer evaluations, and assessing individual student contributions fairly. This interactive workshop invites teachers to exchange stories and share best practices for mitigating these challenges.
All teachers and tutors are welcome!
