– Communicate more effectively at work?
– Improve your relationships with your managers, supervisors, or colleagues?
– Enhance your influencing skills for future career readiness?
This practical introductory workshop aims to develop students’ influencing skills for their future professional careers.
It provides students with an opportunity to:
– Learn a few basic concepts for effective workplace communication;
– Understand different conflict resolution styles and their characteristics;
– Learn how to work and maintain relationships with different styles of managers, supervisors and colleagues, and;
– Apply influencing techniques in roleplayed professional settings.
This workshop will be experiential and collaborative. You will maximise your learnings by actively participating in all the activities.
All HKU students are welcome!

The workshop is scheduled on the following dates:
