I am passionate about doing social service. Being a member of the Hong Kong Red Cross team, I have engaged in several service projects, ranging from healthcare promotion work to volunteer work targeting low-income families. Though participating in social service projects, I am able to serve the community and enhance my leadership and communication skills. I also enjoy reading, since I am able to acquire new knowledge and expand my views in life. I especially love reading philosophy books since they give me great insights.

I believe that enabling students to explore and unleash their potential in different aspects, rendering students opportunities to develop in a “T-shaped” way are crucial principles of education in university. Therefore, I am looking forward to working with other Common Core Ambassadors to come up with feasible ways to make improvements in the Common Core curriculum so as to further achieve these aims.
