Open Doors to Happiness: Navigating University Life Using Insights from Positive Psychology

Welcome to the new academic year!
Do you feel overwhelmed in the hectic new semester? Do you constantly worry about exams and GPA? Do you feel lost in peer pressure and find it difficult to make friends?
Come and join the one-hour workshop to hear scientific insights and practical tips from positive psychology covering topics such as ingredients for happiness and productivity. You will also listen to the student sharing about their experience of navigating commonly encountered university pressure.
The workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Details are as follows:

Speaker:
Dr. Maggie Zhao is currently the Director of the Teaching and Learning Evaluation and Measurement Unit at HKU and President of International Positive Psychology Association Education Division. A positive psychologist studied from the founder of positive psychology, Professor Martin Seligman, Maggie is passionate about helping students thrive and enhancing their positive learning experience.
