As I step into my final year of undergraduate studies at HKU, I can say with absolute certainty that there is nothing more valuable than interdisciplinary learning and exploration of one’s academic interests and passions beyond your major and degree.

That’s exactly what the Common Core did for me, to the point of offering crucial insight that helped me choose my majors and guide future career trajectories and plans after graduation.
