Abstract:
Food delivery has become increasingly popular worldwide, especially in China, and the waste produced from this industry has also resulted in significant environmental issues. After the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for delivery service soared, and the subsequent environmental issue intensified. More importantly, the pandemic broke the sustainable pattern that was starting to establish before and again promoted the normalization of single-use plastic.
